Est. 1982 ~25+4 years old~ I’m a REAL housewife, on a journey toward my true calling in life! I'm wife to an amazing man Earl Alston and Mommy to the most beautiful baby girl Eden Jewel. I strive to be a Godly woman, and believe it’s more about relationship then religion! I was born and raised a California girl, but have learned to appreciate the South. Baton Rouge, Louisiana has been home for the pass 2 1/2 years! And I like to think that I bring a little bit of city to the country! After becoming a stay at home Mommy I realized I needed to start a hobby that would keep me from driving all three of us crazy! I bore easily, so I figured what better way to keep myself entertained ~as though a toddler isn't enough~ then to share my love, passions and inspiration for all to see.
I was born fashionable! Don't believe me, ask my Mama! At an early age, belts became absolutely mandatory, purses were a part of the outfit, and ice cream was my meal of choice. Today not much has changed! I'm completely obsessed with all things fashion, and I believe fashion can also be extended to your home at a faction of the price! I'm a bit of perfectionist but I prefer "detail oriented". I get crazy when I notice dirty walls, pictures hung to high or windows without curtains! I'm most definitely obsessed with design shows and watch way to much reality TV, I decorate and redecorate my home far too often, I have separation issues...with my shoes and never leave the house without 2 full outfits for Eden ~including shoes and hair bows~
