No sew curtains for Eden!

The fabric for Eden's room came in!

I was super excited, but since the package didn't come until almost 8pm and Eden was already sleep I couldn't run to the store to get hooks to hang them!
My brain started racing! I'm a very impatient person, so the thought of waiting a few hours until my husband got home to make a dash to Walmart drove me insane!
I literally searched the house for anything I could use to hang these darn curtains!
I walked into my laundry room and saw exactly what I would use!

I recently bought cloths pins for a project I'm working on in the laundry room!
I knew the cloths pins would be easy to use and super cute!
I grabbed my trusty glue gun and got to work!

I used pink ribbon, tied them and glued them to the cloths pin

I didn't sew a thing...since I'm not very good at it! :)
I simply folded the edges of the fabric before I clipped them on the bar with the pins.

I thought I could hang them quietly!!
Bad Mommy!!!

   Before
(notice how they were too short!)

   After

Love the way they came out!!
Now if I could only get this little monster back to sleep! :)

It's Friday!!!

Have an awesome weekend!!

I think the clothespins were the perfect idea, and the bows, great personality in the room.

ps-where did you get the black framed mirror? I have been looking everywhere to find one like that!

  2. Thank you!! The mirror was actually my husbands! I moved into his condo after we got married and it was brass and horrible looking! I first spray painted it white, but it didn't do it justice! Hope you find one!!!
